  VERY rude staff. First time here and absolutley will NEVER come here again. Will drive to the one in springfield before even remotely thinking of stopping at this location

  Its true Dave's has a wide selection, but very poor customer service. Bought a cage there for a hamster, tuned out that the wire was too far spaced and wouldn't work safely so I brought it back less than 24 hours later with all the tags still on it, was not used, even with the handwritten sticker with the pricing on it as it was on a display pre built, even brought it back to the same cashier who even said she remembered me from the day before... And yet, I couldn't get my money back without the receipt that I didn't have because I didn't get one at checkout.
